The original inspiration for this scarf is a detail in the construction of the traditional Breton vest that is the chuppen. Its strong and sharp colors of black softened by blue and illuminated by a golden yellow.
Its apparent simplicity that seems designed as an architecture. And then the shape of a stained glass window recurring in Breton chapels evoking the luck of the 4-leaf clover. And always the designs of traditional embroidery patterns, symbols and messengers.
To enhance this creation, silk was chosen; the ribbed weave of silk twill allows it to better catch the light and makes the colors vibrate.
In a desire to produce responsibly, the choice of small series production and French manufacturing.
Designed in Vannes, printed and made in Angers, packaging produced near Landerneau.
Composition: 100% silk twill 50g/m2
Scarf dimensions: 65 x 65 cm
Finish: 2mm handkerchief hem.
Care: Silk requires special care. Store your scarf flat and untied. Preferably clean it professionally or hand wash it in cold water and let it air dry.
